BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Book an engaging, hands-on, low-prep birthday party that kids will love!
The Gallup Children's Museum is available for birthday party bookings on Friday and Saturday evenings. The cost is $350 to book the museum from 5:30 to 8:00 PM for a group of up to 40 people (adults and children included).
$100 dollars will be refunded after the birthday party if there is no damage or destruction to the museum.
When you book a party at the museum, you will have access to a birthday party room, bathroom, and the entirety of the museum. The entry gate will be shut to allow for private access.
FIELD TRIPS
The Gallup Children’s Museum learning environment is perfect for your classroom, mom’s group, daycare, afterschool program, or homeschool co-operative - make it yours!
Check out two different packages.
Packages 1:
Includes: Private self-gudied exploration of exhibits with party room and bathroom available.
Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
Time: 9 AM to 11 PM (2 hours)
Cost: $150 for 35 visitors (students & chaperones).
Packages 2:
Includes: Private self-gudied exploration of exhibits with party room and bathroom available. This package includes Pizza 9 for lunch where kids can make their own pizzas. Includes apron and kids drink to take home.
Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
Time: 9 AM to 12 PM (3 hours)
Cost: $150 + $8.50 per person

You will purchase your field trip online and the remaining Pizza Nine cost will be invoiced based to your email based on number of participants.
