Throw an engaging, low-prep party at the Children's Museum!
Service Description
The Gallup Children's Museum is available for birthday party bookings on Friday and Saturday evenings. The cost is $250 to book the museum from 5:30 to 8:30 PM for a group of up to 30 kids. When you book a party at the museum, you will have access to a birthday party room, bathroom, and the entirety of the museum. The entry gate will be shut to allow for private access.
Cancellation Policy
Cost Breakdown: $250 – Birthday Rental $100 – Refundable Damage Claim Policy • The $100 will be refunded to families immediately after the birthday party when the museum staff observe the space is intact. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that birthday guests treat the museum and museum staff respectfully. Floor Staff have a check- list for the refundable damage claim. • Museum renters will have access to the birthday party room, bathroom, and the entirety of the museum. The front mall gate will be shut to allow for private access. • The museum will not provide food or drink with the rental. General Policies: • Reservations are required. Email gallupchildrensmuseum@gmail.com to make a reservation. The maximum amount of guests is 40 individuals unless Museum staff have approved otherwise. • Do not bring alcohol, drinks in glass bottles, or food containing peanuts on the premises. • Outside entertainers, performers, vendors, or live animals will only be permitted with prior approval by Museum staff. • The museum closes at 5:00 pm. Setup may begin after the Museum is closed and all exhibits have been reset. Decorations • Please limit all decorations to the birthday party room only. Please bring your own tablecloths, napkins, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. • Balloons are allowed but must be removed afterward by the renters. Please do not bring glitter, confetti, or pinatas. • Decorations should not be taped or hung on museum property. • CLEAN-UP EXPECTATIONS: Please take down all decorations brought and take out food from the fridge that was brought. The Gallup Children’s Museum is responsible for removing trash bags, sweeping and mopping floors, and disinfecting tables and chairs. Payment Policies • We require payment in full at the time of booking. • In the event that the Children’s Museum should have to cancel a reservation for unforeseen circumstances, we will issue you a full refund, or you may choose to reschedule on an alternative available date.
